How do I hang the canvas?

The canvas comes on a sturdy 2 cm-thick wooden frame and is ready to hang straight away. A hanging system is fitted on the back, so all you need is a screw or nail.

Is the canvas suitable for outdoor use?

Although the print is UV- and water-resistant, we recommend hanging the canvas indoors. Prolonged exposure to wind and weather can affect the frame and the canvas.

In which styles is the print available?

You can choose from over 100 styles, from a bold superhero and a royal portrait to vintage illustration and watercolour. There's always a style to suit you or the person you're giving it to.

What materials are available for wall decor?

We offer a wide range: canvas (100% cotton on a wooden frame), aluminium (brushed, with a metallic effect), plexiglas (with a depth effect), forex (lightweight PVC), garden posters (weather-resistant canvas), textile posters (cotton with wooden rails), photo posters, cork (recycled, sustainable) and cardboard (100% biodegradable). Each material gives your AI portrait a unique character.

Are all products personalised?

Yes, every product is custom made just for you, based on your design or photo.

What sizes are available for wall decor?

Our wall decor is available in various sizes, depending on the material. From compact (20×20 cm) to extra large (120×120 cm, or 200×150 cm for garden posters). The available sizes are listed on the product page of each material.

What photo quality do I need?

Use a sharp, well-lit photo in which the face is clearly visible (preferably without sunglasses or a hat) and with the highest possible resolution. Photos from modern smartphones are usually fine. Our AI improves your photo automatically.

How long does production take?

We usually make your order within 1-2 business days. Including delivery, it usually reaches you within 2-4 business days in the Netherlands and Belgium, and within 3-6 business days in the rest of Europe. You see the expected delivery date on the product page and at checkout.

Which material best suits my interior?

That depends on your style! Canvas suits a warm, classic interior. Aluminium and plexiglas are ideal for a modern, sleek space. Forex is a lightweight, affordable all-rounder. Cork gives a natural, sustainable look. Textile posters look great in a Scandinavian interior. And a garden poster is perfect for outdoors. Every material works beautifully with AI portrait art.

What can I do if my product arrives damaged?

Let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days: via the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp, with your order number and a photo of the product and of the box. We then make a new one free of charge and ship it at no cost; you don't need to send the damaged one back. Reporting later? We'll still help you, as your statutory warranty continues to apply.

Is wall decor a good gift?

Absolutely! Wall decor with an AI portrait is one of our most popular gifts. It's personal, surprising and something the recipient sees every day. You can have the product shipped to a different address. Tip: choose a style that suits the recipient, a football fan as a superhero, a wine lover as a Renaissance noble.

Probably yes! Use a sharp, well-lit photo in which the face is clearly visible, with the highest possible resolution. Photos from modern smartphones are usually sufficient. Our AI improves your photo automatically.

About this product

Want your photo to truly shine on the wall? Then a Canvas from MakeMeFamous is an excellent choice. Thanks to the high-quality material and sleek finish, your photo or AI design gets a professional and warm appearance.

Description Canvas

A Canvas is one of the most popular ways to present a photo. The image is printed on 100% cotton canvas, which provides a natural and warm texture. The canvas is tightly stretched on a sturdy wooden frame of 2 cm deep, making it immediately ready to hang.

Canvas is particularly suitable for atmospheric photos: think of holiday photos, family portraits, nature images, or a creative AI design. The texture of the canvas gives every image an artistic appearance, as if it were a real painting.

The colours remain intense and beautiful for a long time, because the print is UV and water resistant. This makes a canvas suitable for any room, from the living room to the bedroom or office.

Looking for a different type of wall decoration? Also check out our Forex prints, aluminium prints, or photo posters.

Advantages Canvas

Warm and natural appearance

The texture of the cotton canvas gives your photo a soft, painterly look that suits any interior.

Tightly stretched on a sturdy frame

The canvas is stretched on a wooden frame of 2 cm deep. You do not need to buy a frame: it is immediately ready to hang.

UV and water-resistant print

The colours stay intense for a long time and do not fade quickly. This ensures your canvas stays beautiful for years, even in rooms with lots of light.

Available in various sizes

Whether you are looking for a compact size for above a desk or a large statement piece for the living room, there is always a suitable size.

Printable with your own photo or AI design

You choose the image yourself. From a personal memory to a creative design: everything looks great on canvas.
