- 2,610 tiles made in the Netherlands
- The design is fired into the ceramic: colourfast and waterproof.
- Arrived damaged? You get a free replacement.
The preview is exactly what we print, personalised, so no returns.
Description
- A real ceramic tile with your photo in classic Delft Blue, printed straight onto the tile: a medallion, an ornamental border and cobalt blue on cream-white glaze. Available in 11, 15 and 20 cm.
- Made to order in the Netherlands, produced within 24-48 hours and shipped carefully packed.
Upload tips
- A sharp, well-lit photo with the face clearly visible gives the best result. Avoid blurry or dark photos, backlight and very small crops.
- Several people in the photo? Make sure everyone is clearly visible and not too small in the frame. JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC, AVIF and TIFF are supported.
Important: read this before you order
- The preview you approve is exactly what we print. Check the crop, the spelling of your text and the size before you check out.
- Your photo is redrawn in Delft Blue: faces and details are interpreted in the style, not copied. Very dark subjects (a black dog, a dark coat) and low-contrast photos keep less detail.
- Your tile has the same colours as the examples: cobalt blue on cream-white glaze. A screen can show the blue slightly differently from the real tile.
- Production starts right after your order; nothing can be changed afterwards. Personalised tiles cannot be returned. If your tile arrives damaged, you get a new one for free.

About this product
A four-century Dutch tradition, made personal for you. The Delft Blue Photo Tile sets your photo into classic Delft Blue style, oval medallion, ornate floral border, and cobalt on porcelain white, fired onto real ceramic.
What makes this style special?
Our AI reimagines your portrait as a traditional Delft tile painting. Facial structure, expression, and recognisable features stay true to the original, only now drawn with the soft brushstrokes and deep cobalt blue of the old Delft masters. An oval medallion centres the portrait; ornate flowers, leaves and corner ornaments frame it.
For photos with multiple people, everyone stays visible. Our AI adjusts the composition so all subjects fit naturally within the medallion, no one gets cropped out.
Who is it for?
A Delft Blue tile is the gift for fans of Dutch tradition, and for anyone looking for something personal that stands out among the usual gifts. Brilliant for birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, a housewarming or as a personalised souvenir for an international guest. Also striking as a family portrait passed down.
How do I display it?
Want to hang it? Add a hanging hook to your order. Prefer to display it standing up? Choose the tile stand, perfect for a mantel, cabinet, desk or windowsill. Both are available as add-on options.

Beautiful gift of a beautiful memory
I ordered this for my husband, for our first wedding anniversary. It was delivered promptly, I had separately ordered a nice little stand and it’s now on display in the toilet (next to some other fun tiles). Both he, and I, are very happy with it! I’ll also have one made of his daughters soon, for his birthday.

Super fun!
Really so beautiful!! The little tile exceeded my expectations in every way. I gave it as a gift and the person who received it was hugely surprised and is very happy with it. The little tile has been given a place of honor. I will certainly not hesitate to give another tile as a gift or to order one for myself.

I ordered 2 tiles. Well packaged, they were delivered promptly. It is a beautiful product, so true to nature and it looks so real. Simply great, I am really thrilled. It has more than exceeded my expectations. One tile was a gift and that also went down really well - a great gift idea.

Printed straight onto real ceramic, not stuck on top
Your design is printed straight onto a real ceramic tile, not onto a sticker or film. That keeps the lines sharp and leaves nothing to peel off. Made to last for years: on the wall, on a shelf or in the bathroom.
