We pack every tile carefully, but if something does go wrong in transit: send us a photo of the damage and we will send you a new one free of charge. It is that simple.

Yes! The image is baked into the ceramic and moisture-resistant, so kitchen splashes or a steamy bathroom are no problem. Want to mount the tile permanently? Use fine (unsanded) grout or silicone sealant so the surface does not get scratched.

How do I clean my tile?

With a soft, slightly damp cloth and a little mild soap if needed. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, they can scratch the surface.

Can I use the tile as a floor tile?

No, the tile is made as decoration: on the wall, on a tile holder or as an eye-catcher on a shelf. Foot traffic wears the image down, so it will not last as a floor tile.
