Heb mezelf laten verewigen als Renaissance edelman. Het detail in het kostuum, de schaduwen, de berg-achtige achtergrond - alles ademt die periode. Mijn schoonvader (kunsthistoricus) was helemaal lyrisch. Echt knap gedaan.

De stijl klopt echt: doet denken aan portretten in het Rijksmuseum. De gezichtsuitdrukking van mij was wel iets te serieus, maar dat past juist bij de stijl. Stevige poster, goed verpakt.

Mooi cadeau, papier mocht dikker
Het ontwerp is prachtig, daar geen woord over. Wel had ik gehoopt op iets dikker papier voor de prijs. Met een goede lijst eromheen valt dat overigens niet meer op. Mijn zwager is er dolblij mee.
