No, returns are not possible. All our products (canvas prints, mugs, puzzles, photo prints, engraved glasses and all other personalised products) are personalised and made to order. According to Dutch law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised, made-to-order products.
Contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage (packaging + product). For proven shipping damage, we will produce a free replacement and ship it at no extra cost.
