After selecting a product, the website asks you to upload a photo. You immediately see a preview of how the product will look. You can also go to the 'Create your portrait' page first, choose from all our styles there and upload your photo to create an AI portrait — you then order that portrait on the product of your choice.

No, returns are not possible. All our products (canvas prints, mugs, puzzles, photo prints, engraved glasses and all other personalised products) are custom-made and produced to order. Under Dutch law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised, made-to-order products. Is something wrong with your order? Then of course we'll send you a new one free of charge.

Contact us within 7 days via the contact form (at the bottom of the website, in the footer) and include photos of the damage (packaging + product). In the case of demonstrable transport damage, we'll produce a replacement free of charge and ship it at no extra cost.
