   Fill in the form with the occasion, the quantity and what you have in mind. Within one working day we reply with a quote — and, if you like, a free sample pack.

   Design & digital proof

   We make a digital proof, or a physical test print if you want to see one. Only after your approval does the run go into production.

   Production & delivery

   Delivery to one address or per recipient within 5-10 working days of approval. Invoice payment with a 14-day term.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order quantity for business orders?

For a quote we start at 10 pieces: 5% off from 10 pieces, 10% from 50, 15% from 100. Above 250 pieces we put together a custom quote. For glasses with your logo there is nothing to request — the shop works the ladder out for you, from 5 pieces.

Do I get a discount on glasses with our logo, and how much?

Yes, and you do not need to email us for it. Wine, beer, champagne and tea glasses engraved with your logo carry an automatic ladder: 10% from 5 pieces, rising to 25%. It counts every logo glass in your order together — mixing glass types is fine — and shows up in the basket before you pay. If you want an invoice, delivery per address or a physical sample glass, request a quote anyway.

How fast can you deliver a larger order, and can you do last-minute?

For 10 to 50 pieces we allow 5-7 working days from design approval, for 50 to 250 pieces 7-10 working days. Above 250 pieces we plan production around your deadline. Have a hard date? Put it in your request and we tell you honestly what is feasible.

Can you use our company logo or a team photo?

Yes. A logo or team photo works on every product. For portraits we can also transform each employee into an AI portrait in the same style — for an onboarding pack or an office gallery, for example.

Which files do you need?

For logos, a vector file (SVG, AI, EPS) or a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. For photos, at least 2000 pixels on the short side. No suitable file? We re-vectorise your logo (€10-25 one-off).

How does invoice payment work?

Business customers pay by invoice with a 14-day term from the second order onward. The first order can be paid in advance or by iDEAL or credit card. For orders above €5,000 we ask a 50% deposit.

Can you ship to each employee’s home address?

Yes. We ship per recipient straight to the home address, or everything centrally to one location. For per-address shipping we need a spreadsheet with name, street, postcode and city per recipient.

Do I really get a free sample pack?

Yes. For business enquiries from 10 pieces we send a sample pack with five examples on request, so you see and feel the quality before you order. Tick the box in the form.

When should I order for holiday hampers?

December is our busiest month. Send your request before early November if you can, so there is room for the design, your approval and production. Later is often still possible — just ask.
