Everything you order from us is made especially for you: your photo tile, your canvas, your mug. That's why we stand behind it. If something arrives damaged or there's an error in the print, we remake it for free.
Packed to travel
Ceramic and glass are fragile, so everything leaves well protected. If something still goes wrong in transit, that's our risk, not yours.
Remade for free
Arrived damaged, or a print error that wasn't in your preview? We remake it for free and ship it at no cost.
Nothing to send back
A photo of the damage is enough. You don't need to return the damaged item.
An answer within 48 hours
We review your report within 48 hours and let you know when the new one is on its way.
How the guarantee works
- Email us at info@makemefamous.nl or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the product and the box, ideally within 7 days of delivery.
- We review your report within 48 hours.
- You get a new one for free — you don't need to send the damaged one back.
Good to know: personalised products are made to order and are therefore excluded from the standard right of withdrawal — see our returns policy. This guarantee is separate from that. Reporting later than 7 days? We will still help you: your statutory warranty continues to apply.
Frequently asked questions about the guarantee
- What if my tile arrives broken?
- Send us a photo of the tile and of the box, with your order number. We make a new tile for free and ship it at no cost. You don't need to return the broken tile.
- What if there's an error in the print?
- Is there a print error that wasn't in your preview? We remake it for free. Send us a photo and we'll sort it out.
- Can I return something if I don't like the design after all?
- No. You see your design before you pay, and we make it especially for you, so the right of withdrawal doesn't apply. Not sure? Try another photo or style before you order.
- Until when can I report a problem?
- Ideally within 7 days of delivery, so we can help fastest. But we will help you later too: by law you can report a defect up to at least 2 months after you discover it.
